Ways To Fundraise

Paper Arts A Thon is a Fundraiser for ‘Joints in Motion’ and the Arthritis Society. Every participant has received a pledge sheet. I have had a few Paper Artists tell me that canvassing for pledges just isn’t easy for them to do.

I wanted to share with you some of the ‘creative’ alternatives they have come up with to raise money for ‘Joints in Motion’ and the ‘Arthritis Society’.

One Paper Artist is making handmade items and selling them. You may know her as Paper Memories and as she posted on her blog a while ago, she has raised $150. (Check out her Countdown to Paper Arts A Thon)

Another Paper Artist starting tucking ONE DOLLAR A DAY away, when this event was first announced.

Another ‘inventive’ and ‘ecological’ way to raise $$$’s is to turn in your recyclables and donate the dollars through your pledge sheet.

I had someone else tell me that canvassing for Pledges just isn’t for them and they are donating out of their own pocket what they might consider a ‘Registration Fee’ since there is no such fee to attend Paper Arts A Thon.

Two Raffle Items

These are two items we are selling tickets on. The raffle item to the left is an incredibly beautiful Papier Tole Print. The Raffle Item below is the Color Challenge Book made by Karen, filled with Split Coast Stampers Color combinations. A great tool for cardmakers and scrapbookers. The interest and support for this event has been overwhelming. Just minutes ago the last space was filled.

The PAPER ARTS A THON 'TEAM' are working very hard to ensure your 24 hours will a FUN FILLED FUNDRAISING SUCCESS!

All tickets are $1.00 each and all draws (except for the Willow Chair) will take place at the Kingston Fire Hall on the 27th May, 2007.

We still have THREE spaces left for the FULL 24 hour Paper Arts A Thon.

Registraton Update

There are just THREE full spaces left and ONE half space left in our First Annual Paper Arts A Thon. If you are interested in registering please email me.
Some people have told us they cannot attend but would still like to help. Anything you can help with: selling tickets, donations of prizes, assistance with food, etc. will be greatly appreciated. If you are one of these people you can click on the 'Email Me' above and let me know.
